It is slowly becoming a tradition that our colleagues from the detached workplace in Žiar nad Hronom Inoval participate in the popular First Lego League regional tournament as referees. This year did not disappoint again and brought with it great performances by competitors who demonstrated excellent technical and construction skills. Well, as is usual in competitions, not everyone could win. At this year's FFL Masterpiece regional tournament Challenge and festival Explore in Žiar nad Hronom, luck smiled on Tomato Team and Robot Sapiens, who advanced to the national finals, which will be held on March 9, 2024, in Bratislava.
The best teams from the national final are nominated as representatives of the Slovak Republic for an international event in the United States of America and Norway - FIRST Championship in Houston, Open European Championship in Bodø, Western Edge Open in Long Beach, Florida Sunshine Invitational in Daytona Beach. The competition will definitely be big, so we're keeping our fingers crossed.
