The Science Fair 2022 was held at the PVA EXPO Praha exhibition center in Letňany from 2nd to 4th June 2022. The Slovak Academy of Sciences was a guest, and the Institute of Materials and Machine Mechanics SAS, could not miss this event.
At the event, we had the opportunity to admire the "scientific mastery" of our Czech colleagues, but we did not owe them anything. We presented many Institute of Materials and Machine Mechanics SAV showpieces, mainly used in demanding space conditions. Among them is aluminum foam or the lightest and, at the same time, high-strength superconducting wire made of MgC. We also attracted Czech teachers with the "Creative Science" program, in which the Institute of Materials and Machine Mechanics SAV is involved.
This event and the science-hungry visitors of the stand gave us energy for further propagation activities. You can find more information on the following pages:
