The proposed project is directed towards the development of deformation free welding technology including the functional model of single-purpose welding machine equipped with 4 torches for simultaneous welding of I-beams. The proposed machine exhibits high shape and dimension adaptability providing fillet welds with completely new MIG/MAG automatic welding technology with 4 torches in positions horizontal-vertical and horizontal-overhead from both sides of I-beam. The proposed technology will increase the productivity and quality of I-beam fabrication for the construction industry.
